  • Coping with sight loss

Being diagnosed with a sight loss can be a daunting experience. This article outlines some of the services available to help you get through this difficult period.
  • Family support service (FSS)

The family support service provides early and ongoing support to families with children diagnosed with a sight impairing condition. Its range of services help reduce the pressure such a situation generates on a family.
  • Eye Clinic Liaison Officers (ECLOs)

ECLOs are social workers that are based within eye departments that offer emotional and practical support to individuals with visual impairment or impeding sight loss, along with their families and carers.
